Welcome to Relaxed Spider
A few details help explain this feature. The objective remains eight complete same-suit King-to-Ace runs. The game still uses 104 cards in ten columns. Choose one suit, two suits or four suits using the game controls. Relaxed Spider on xiaohede.com permits stock deals while columns are empty.
The relaxed difference
Here are the details for this mode. The relaxed stock rule does not change the rank requirement for ordinary moves. An empty column no longer prevents a stock deal in this variant. A stock card dealt to an empty column becomes that column's first face-up card. The relaxed stock rule does not allow mixed-suit groups to move together.
Read the opening
Here are the details for this mode. Only the bottom card of each opening column is face up. The opening tableau contains 54 cards. The stock contains fifty cards for five later deals. The first four columns have six cards each and the remaining six have five.
Move a single card
Here are the details for this mode. A King needs an empty destination because no rank is higher. An exposed card may land on another exposed card exactly one rank higher. The two cards do not need to share a suit for a single-card placement. An Ace cannot receive a lower-ranked card.
Follow one suit
Here are the details for this mode. A descending group moves as a unit only when every selected card shares a suit. A suit change can leave a smaller movable group at the bottom of a column. Same-suit building can reduce the work needed to separate mixed sequences later. A break in rank prevents the entire selected group from moving together.
Use empty columns thoughtfully
The following details apply here. Any exposed card or legal same-suit group can occupy an empty column. Empty columns remain useful for separating temporary mixed builds. You may preserve an empty column until you decide to deal from the stock. A new stock row fills every empty column with one card.
Bring in another row
Keep these points in mind. A stock deal places one card onto each of the ten columns. Undo restores the previous arrangement when the stock-deal snapshot is available. You cannot direct an individual stock card to a chosen destination. Dealing can block an existing sequence as well as reveal new combinations.
Collect matching runs
Keep these points in mind. Eight collected runs are required to finish Relaxed Spider. The game removes a complete run automatically at the bottom of a column. A complete run contains thirteen face-up cards in one suit from King to Ace. Changing the number of suits does not change the number of required runs.
Try another decision
Keep these points in mind. Hints identify legal options without guaranteeing a win. Replay restores the same shuffle for another attempt. Random relaxed deals are not presented as guaranteed solvable. New game creates a fresh shuffle in the selected suit setting.
